APPLYING FOR THE TEST
In order to register for the IELTS exam you must:
Download the IELTS application form, application procedure form and payment details documents.
- Fill out all relevant details on the IELTS application form and include your passport number on the application and sign the application on page 4.
- Attach a photocopy of the photo page of your passport and, if not on the front page, a photocopy of the page which has your signature.
- Attach passport size photographs x 2, please write your name on the back of the second photograph. (taken within the last six months)
- Pay the exam fee and notify International House Queensland of your payment details
- Complete and sign the Cancellation Policy and the GST requirements on the application form details document.

Please note that the places for the exam are being taken up quickly and we encourage you to send your application as soon as possible if you would like to do the exam. You can send the application and copy of the passport by fax (07 4031 3464) and then send all of the documents as stated above by mail. Or you can send the whole application by mail.
We do not hold places unless we have received the application by fax or mail. If the application is sent by fax we must receive the original documents and payment in the mail at least 5 working days after we have received the fax.
